Sara Lichtenwalter is a licensed and experienced clinical psychotherapist. She is dedicated to assisting you in navigating life's challenges. With a deep understanding of various therapeutic techniques and a commitment to ongoing learning, she is well equipped to provide you with the support you need. Sara grew up on the east coast in Connecticut and moved to Indiana after completing her Masters in Social Work at Andrews University. Her professional journey includes diverse environments, encompassing roles within outpatient treatment clinics, ABA treatment centers, juvenile justice systems, assisted living facilities, and nursing homes. At the heart of her therapeutic mission is the dedication to being fully present with her clients, aiding them in nurturing resilience, embracing healing, and mastering the essential skills that will empower them to craft a more meaningful and purposeful next chapter in their journey.
